Listings Tab -

if Status Completed then Shipping Information = shipped(tracking info link)/unshipped(purchase and/or print label link) which then updates to delivered once completed

Orders Tab -

Click the order you'd like to view -> Popup -> Update Tracking would be changed to Shipping Information (shipped/unshipped) and same steps as above.

Example of what I mean on shipping information being readily available (view tracking/edit tracking/delivered).
